Clients X and Y, both 54 years old, are retired with a joint gross annual income of £24,000. They have consistently used up their Annual Maxi ISA allowances by investing £7,000 per annum since 2002.

Both the clients have been fairly cautious with a risk profile of 2-3 for their investments. Client Y made bigger returns as more funds were invested at the beginning.

 

CASE STUDY B

 

Clients A, 35 years old, has a gross annual income of £42,000. Client A has a medium attitude to risk with investments in funds with risk ranging between 2-5*.

 

Client A arranged a regular Mini ISA plan in October 2003 starting with regular monthly contributions of £200 and moving up to £250 per month from the start of 2005.
