By clicking on “Submit” at the bottom of the Advice Enquiry form you are:

•  Giving us consent to use your personal information to contact you.
•  Giving us consent to be in contact with you about the services you have enquired about.

Either party (RMWM or Client) have no obligation to do business or to enter into any form of
agreement with each other.

Personal information of yours is to be used and stored by RMWM. We do not give your
information to any other third party.

RMWM may refer clients to a third party for specialist advice in some areas. This will only be
done with client agreement.

RM Wealth Management is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. RM
Wealth Management (RMWM) is entered on the FSA register (www.fsa.gov.uk/register) under
reference 502005.  The Financial Services Authority does not regulate some services including
Taxation Advice and some forms of mortgages.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR
MORTGAGE. We can arrange mortgage on a commission or a Fee basis. A typical fee for Mortgage
Advice is 0.4% of the Mortgage amount. A Mortgage Research fee or Broker Fee may also be
payable and this typically will be £195 per mortgage. The information shown on this page is
